Terms & Conditions — GoldLocker

Welcome to GoldLocker. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldLocker mobile & web services. Please read carefully.

Effective: December 13, 2025

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, a resident of India, and able to enter into a legal agreement. Use of GoldLocker requires a valid mobile number and account verification. Accounts with false information may be suspended or terminated.

2. Services Provided

GoldLocker provides digital gold backed by partners. Physical delivery may be available only under specific redemption terms and geographic limits.

3. Pricing & Market Risk

Gold price is market-driven and may fluctuate. Prices shown on the app at the time of the transaction are final. GoldLocker does not guarantee returns and is not responsible for market losses. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

5. Wallet Balance & Redemption

Wallet balance reflects digital gold holdings. Redemption for physical gold or payout is subject to our redemption policy, minimum limits, KYC clearance, and availability. We may place holds on balances in case of suspicious activity.

6. Referral & Rewards

Referral programs have specific eligibility and reward conditions. Fraudulent accounts or attempts to manipulate referrals will result in reward forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

7. KYC & Compliance

For certain transactions and redemptions, KYC/identity verification is required under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate documents and information when requested.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect personal and transaction data to provide services. Our Privacy Policy (see below) explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We will not sell personal data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldLocker and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability for direct losses will be limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, illegal activity, KYC failure, or breach of these Terms. Suspended accounts may have restricted access to funds until investigation completes.

11. Changes to Terms

GoldLocker may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the app or registered contact details. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India (or your chosen jurisdiction if specified by GoldLocker).
